| “Boynton’s playful texts and illustrations are simply delightful. She is an extremely prolific author/illustrator particularly for the youngest children. Be sure to check out some of her other titles. One interesting note is that Boynton was, and occasionally still is, a greeting card designer. Her most successful card is the one that says, “Hippo Birdie Two Ewes”.
